Lightly shown in her puppy classes but always well placed and consistant - qualifing her for the 'Mancunian Pup of the Year.' The highlight of her Puppy wins was Best Puppy at Bournemouth 2000 under Wendy Barrow and Zena Thorn-Andrews and the Working puppy Group under Marianne Nixon.

Poppy in her junior classes was always very highly placed and picked up her first 2 R'CC's from Philip Greenway at Driffield 2000 & Ladies Kennel Association 2000 from Pat Banks.

January 2001 she was the youngest Qualifier for the 'Cotswold Boxer of the Year' and she delighted us by winning Reserve Best bitch under Eddie Banks, Annabel Zammitt and Norma Brook.

From her Special Yearling classes Poppy won her first CC and Best in Show at the Mancunian Boxer Club under Janel Weall and referee Lily Potts.

Poppy ended 2001 as TOP BOXER & Merribox was TOP KENNEL.

Only the Boxer Breed Record Holder Ch Tonantron Glory Lass has won more CC's in one single year than Poppy did in 2001 which is a great record.

In 2002 Poppy had a shorter show career as she was growing tired and a little bored of it all! Much happier at home in front of the fireplace!

However, even taking time out for a litter in 2002, she was still Runner Up Top Boxer 2002 and started the year in fine form.

Cassie did not go to many shows as a puppy due to the campaign of her Aunt Ch. Merribox Endless Gossip, but on her few outings she was also Best Puppy Bitch at the Trent Boxer Club 2002 under Lorraine Webb and also Best Puppy Bitch at London & Home Counties Boxer Club 2002 under Jenny Livy.

She won many Junior Bitch classes and was a consistant winner in limit making her one of the Top 12 Winning Bitches in the UK for 2003 and a Qualifer for the 'Cotswold Dog of the Year.'

Cassie also won the CC & BOB at Welsh Kennel Club 2003 under breed Specialist Maureen Best (Wrencliffe), RCC from Zena Thorn-Andrews at SKC and Birmingham City under Peter Jolley.
